- Delivery is available across Tunisia.
- Delivery time depends on your location but is generally fast and reliable.
- Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, and address.
- LA BIJOUX is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect information.
- A confirmation call or message may be required before shipping.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us.
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days after delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In perfect condition
- Exchanges depend on product availability.
- Delivery fees for exchange may be paid by the customer.
Non-exchangeable items:
- Worn or damaged items
- Promotional items (if applicable)
REFUND POLICY
- At LA BIJOUX, we specialize in 925 silver, 999 silver, and moissanite jewelry, ensuring high quality and premium standards.
Due to the nature of our products:
- Refunds are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product received is defective or damaged.
- The product is different from what was ordered.
Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
